Do I need a website?

No. A buy link is enough to start. When you want a full store, we host one on your own domain.

How can my customers pay?

MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AirtelTigo Money. Regulars can pay with a saved method in one step.

When do I get my money?

Weekly by default, to your bank or MoMo wallet, or whenever you ask. Mobile money payments wait seven days before they can be paid out.

I already sell online. Can I bring my store?

Yes. Import products and customers from a file, or connect WooCommerce or WordPress. Shopify is in preview and WhatsApp Business is piloting in Ghana.

Can my staff use it without seeing everything?

Yes. Give each teammate a role, from Owner to Viewer. Refunds and exports need their own permission.
