Catalog & offers

A catalog for everything you sell.

Keep products, prices and offer terms ready for orders, Buy links and your own checkout. Your team can manage the range in Inttegro, while your application uses the same catalog through the API.

Products & prices

Set a price or let your customer choose.

Sell goods, digital products and services at a fixed amount, or let customers decide what to contribute. A product can have multiple prices, so different amounts and currencies do not mean duplicating your catalog.

Fixed prices

Decide what each item costs.

Set an amount and currency for a product, then use that price in orders and Buy links. Customers see the price before they pay, whether they are buying a single item or choosing a quantity.

Keep several prices against the same product and choose the one that fits the sale. Your team can manage them in Inttegro, and your application can use the same price records through the API.

Customer-chosen amounts

Accept contributions within the limits you set.

For donations, fundraising and other flexible-price offers, let customers enter their own amount instead of choosing from a fixed price list. You set the currency and the range you will accept.

Minimum and maximum
Set a minimum contribution and add a maximum when you need an upper limit.
Suggested amounts
Offer convenient starting points and mark one as recommended. Customers can still enter another amount within your range.
Ask about customer-chosen pricing

API access to customer-selected prices requires enablement.

A customer-chosen contribution to the Community Breakfast Fund: enter GHS 5 to GHS 500, or choose GHS 25, GHS 50 or GHS 100. GHS 50 is recommended.

Use your catalog wherever a sale starts.

Add a product and price to an order, or share a Buy link. Orders keep a snapshot of what was sold, so later catalog edits do not rewrite an earlier purchase.

Discounts, coupons & promotions

Define the benefit, then decide when it runs.

A welcome code, a product markdown and a shipping discount serve different purposes. Define the benefit separately from its promotion window, then control where it applies and when it runs. Your team can manage offers in Inttegro while your integration uses the corresponding coupon, discount and promotion resources.

Offer performance

What did the offer cost, and which orders used it?

Compare offer uses and discount spend with the value of the orders they reached, measured before refunds. Review the trend to decide which offers deserve a closer look before the next campaign.

Catalog operations

Let commercial teams and developers use the same catalog.

Your team can update a price or prepare a promotion while your application continues to reference the product. Keep those commercial decisions in the catalog your orders and Buy links already use.

Let your team manage the offer

Use Inttegro to maintain product details and prices, prepare discounts and coupon codes, and schedule promotions. The people responsible for the range can inspect the offer and its recorded performance without making a code change for every campaign.

Connect your catalog to your application

Create and update products and prices through the API, then reference them in orders and Buy links. Coupon, discount and promotion resources let your integration manage offer definitions and schedules alongside the catalog your team uses in Inttegro.

Catalog & offers

Before you get started

Can one product have more than one price?

Yes. Products describe what you sell; prices define an amount and currency. You can attach multiple prices to a product and choose the appropriate price for an order or Buy link without duplicating the product itself.

How are discounts, coupons and promotions different?

A discount defines a benefit and the conditions or items it applies to. A coupon gives a benefit a reusable code. A promotion gives a coupon or discount a scheduled run, with visibility and activation controls. Keeping these separate lets you reuse an offer without losing the history of its different runs.

Will catalog changes affect orders already placed?

No. Catalog-backed orders keep a snapshot of the product and price used for that sale. Updating the catalog does not rewrite those existing order details. Buy links also retain their selected product and price; create a new link when the offer itself changes.
