GHS 600.00A service engagement
An agency can turn an agreed design package into a client order, then follow it through payment and delivery.
Prepare the service items, client and agreed amounts in an order.
Finalize the order and share its hosted payment page privately with the client.
Check payment, deliver the work and mark the order complete when fulfilled.
Service pricing
For work you sell regularly, keep a service in your catalog and attach the prices you offer. Your team can reuse that service when preparing a client order or publish a Buy link for a fixed package. The description gives the client context for the work being purchased.
For an individual engagement, build an order with the agreed line items instead. Review the scope and amount before finalizing it for payment. Inttegro records the commercial agreement; your proposal, contract and project-management process can stay in the tools you already use.

Client payment
Once the order is ready, share its hosted invoice with the client. They can review the service items and total, download the invoice and continue to payment from the same page. Your team does not need to build or maintain a payment form for each engagement.
The payment belongs to the original order, so an account manager can check the same record the finance team uses. Sending the invoice is not a payment confirmation: check the recorded outcome before treating the engagement as paid.

Client operations
Payment and service delivery often happen at different times. Inttegro keeps those states separate, so a paid engagement can remain open until your team has fulfilled it. The customer record gives you a way back to earlier orders when a client returns or asks about previous work.
Send updates or scheduled reminders through Chimes, with delivery records available for follow-up. Your team chooses when the service is complete and records that outcome; Inttegro does not assume that a successful payment means the work has been delivered.

Read how to create an orderYes. An order can contain individually prepared service line items rather than catalog-backed products. A catalog is useful when you want to reuse standard packages and prices, but it is not required for every client engagement.
Supported orders can be marked paid out of band when your team has verified a payment such as cash or a bank transfer. This records that payment; it does not move the money through Inttegro. Fulfillment is still recorded separately.
No. Keep proposal approval, contracts and appointment scheduling in your existing workflow. Reusing a service or saved payment method does not create an automatic recurring-billing arrangement. Confirm any renewal requirements before designing that flow.
