Give customers a clear offer they can buy.
Keep the products and services you sell regularly in your catalog, with a description and price you can reuse. A maker can list a finished item; a consultant can offer a fixed service package. Create a Buy link for the offer and share it wherever customers find your work.
Use one multi-use link for an offer available to several customers, and set quantity limits or an expiry when needed. You can manage the offer in the dashboard without building a store or writing payment code.

Client invoices
Invoice a client for the work you agreed.
A custom commission, consulting engagement or made-to-order item may need its own price and description. Prepare an order with the customer, line items and agreed amounts, then finalize it to create a hosted invoice. You do not need to publish a catalog listing for every individual job.
Share the invoice privately with the client. They can review the items and total, download the invoice and continue to payment from the same page. You can check the outcome on the order instead of treating an invoice sent or a payment attempt as money received.

Orders & customers
Keep track of paid orders and unfinished work.
When you handle the selling, delivery and customer questions yourself, the order record gives you somewhere to check what happened. See which purchases still need payment and which paid orders still need to be fulfilled. Record completion when you have delivered the product or finished the service, not merely when payment succeeds.
Customer records keep contact details and associated orders available when someone buys again or asks about earlier work. You remain responsible for arranging delivery or performing the service; Inttegro keeps the sale, payment and completion history connected.

If you have your own website or application, create orders on your backend and use hosted Checkout for payment. Keep the order ID in your system and verify its payment state before releasing goods or services.

Can I use Inttegro Pro if I work alone?
Yes. You can manage products, Buy links, invoices, orders and customer records yourself in the dashboard. You do not need to assemble a team or build an API integration to use those workflows. Account setup and the capabilities available to you still apply.
Do I need an incorporated company?
Inttegro includes Individual and Sole proprietor options alongside Company. Individual represents a person operating in their own name; Sole proprietor represents a person trading through a registered business name. Choose the setup that reflects how you operate. Selecting a type does not by itself enable live payments or remove verification requirements, so confirm which requirements apply to your account.
Do I need my own website?
No. A Buy link opens a hosted offer customers can review and pay for, and a finalized order has a hosted invoice you can share directly. You can put an offer link in a post, email or message. Connecting your own website through the API is optional.
Can I sell services as well as physical products?
Yes. The catalog supports services and physical products, and an order can use a reusable catalog item or individually prepared line items. You can offer a standard service package or invoice a specific engagement. You arrange the work or delivery and record completion; these tools do not provide appointment scheduling or perform fulfillment for you.
