Payouts

Move money from sales to your bank account or wallet.

Send eligible funds to your configured destination, automatically or on demand. Manage payouts in the Inttegro dashboard or through the API, with a record of every transfer and the payments that funded it.

Schedules & destinations

Choose how your business pays out.

Use automatic payouts for routine transfers, or initiate a payout when your team needs to control the timing. Connect a supported bank account or mobile-money wallet, then choose the destination for each payout currency.

Automate routine settlement.
Let Inttegro create payouts on the configured schedule when eligible funds and a valid destination are available. Your team can review each transfer in the dashboard.
Initiate a one-off payout.
Schedule a transfer from the dashboard or API and set a maximum amount when needed. A one-off payout is also available while automatic mode is enabled.

Both modes use the same fund-availability and destination checks. A schedule does not make pending funds available sooner.

Tracking & reconciliation

Follow a transfer from its request to its destination.

Give finance a complete payout record: the requested and final amount, destination, lifecycle and source transactions. Keep the payout reference with your bank or wallet records so an investigation starts with the transfer itself.

A scheduled or processing payout is not a completed transfer. Follow its recorded outcome before marking the money as received in your own system. If it cannot complete, inspect the reason before arranging a replacement.

Reconcile the amounts contributed by the source payments, not every linked order’s full value. In this example, GHS 360, GHS 120 and GHS 360 fund the GHS 840 payout.

Payout operations & integrations

Manage settlement from the dashboard or your own software.

Finance can review and reconcile payouts in Inttegro while your application schedules transfers and follows their recorded outcomes. Both use the same payout IDs, destinations and source transactions.

Give finance a complete transfer record

Review the payout mode, destination and available funds before scheduling. Follow individual transfers, investigate an unexpected outcome and use the analytics tab to compare activity across periods without building a reporting interface.

Integrate payout scheduling and reconciliation

Schedule a payout from your backend, preserve its returned ID and look up the status until it reaches a final outcome. Use stable idempotency keys when retrying a request after a network interruption. Reconcile the payout with the matching contributions from its balance transactions.

Payouts

Before you get started

Where can payouts be sent?

A payout needs an active, supported financial account connected to your Inttegro account, with outbound transfers enabled and a matching currency. Supported destinations include eligible bank accounts and mobile-money wallets. Availability depends on your account, market and destination; confirm your setup before relying on a particular route.

Can I use automatic and one-off payouts?

Yes. Automatic mode creates payouts on the configured schedule when funds and destinations are eligible. Manual mode stops automatic creation so your team can initiate transfers explicitly. A one-off payout can also be scheduled while automatic mode remains enabled.

Will the payout equal the amount I requested?

A requested maximum is a ceiling, not a guarantee. The final amount depends on eligible transactions, currency, limits and existing commitments at execution time. The example on this page pays the full requested GHS 840; another payout can legitimately select less.

How do I know a payout has completed?

Follow the payout to its recorded final outcome. Scheduled or processing means the transfer is still underway; arrival depends on the destination and provider. Keep the payout reference with the receiving bank or wallet record for reconciliation.

How do I reconcile a payout with sales?

Start with the final payout amount. On each linked source transaction, use the amount allocated to that particular payout. The full original payment amounts need not add up to the payout, because a payment can also fund another payout or refund. Keep currencies separate.

What does payout analytics show?

The dashboard reports payout volume, total disbursed, average payout size and coverage measures, with period comparisons. Sales and payouts can fall in different reporting periods. For your own reporting, retrieve the underlying payout and transaction records through the API.
