A contribution journey
A community project can present its purpose, offer contribution amounts and follow the resulting records without building a payment form.
Explain what the contribution supports and prepare the hosted offer.
Use a fixed contribution or an enabled customer-selected price with clear limits.
Check the payment record and send appropriate updates to supporters who have agreed to receive them.
Contribution amounts
A fixed contribution can suit a specific campaign item or sponsorship amount. Customer-selected pricing, where enabled, gives supporters room to choose while you define the accepted currency and minimum. Add an optional maximum and suggested amounts to make the decision easier without hiding the ability to enter another eligible amount.
The selected amount becomes part of the resulting order, giving your team a record of what the supporter agreed to pay. Confirm account eligibility and the pricing configuration before publishing a campaign that depends on flexible contributions.

A hosted Buy link gives supporters a place to review the cause and continue to payment from a message, email or campaign page. Cause-aware labels describe the action as a contribution, rather than making every appeal read like a product purchase. Your website can introduce the project while Inttegro handles the hosted payment journey.
Use a multi-use link when many supporters should contribute. Set an expiry when the appeal has a defined window, and stop accepting new purchases through the link when the campaign ends.

Create a multi-use Buy link for the cause and its price.
Share that link on your campaign website, in email or in a message.
Each channel leads supporters to the same hosted offer and payment journey.
Supporter relationships
Your team needs to distinguish an attempted contribution from a paid one. Review the recorded order and payment before acknowledging that money was received. Customer records give you a place to find the supporter’s previous transactions when they contact the organisation with a question.
Use Chimes for individual updates, scheduled messages or broadcasts to an appropriate audience, respecting consent and opt-outs. Delivery records show what happened to a message; they do not establish engagement or impact. Inttegro’s payment and invoice records are not, by themselves, charitable tax receipts.

Read the supported price definitionsNo. It is available only where enabled for the account and product. Fixed prices are a separate pricing model. Confirm your organisation’s payment setup and pricing eligibility before advertising supported contribution amounts or payment methods.
This page describes individual contributions. It does not promise automatic recurring collections or charity-specific tax receipting. Your organisation remains responsible for its legal status, fundraising disclosures and any tax-compliant acknowledgements it issues.
Orders containing donation line items are not currently supported by the refund endpoint. Confirm the line-item model and your return-of-funds process before launching a campaign; do not promise an in-product refund flow that your setup cannot provide.
Start with the cause, accepted amounts and payment requirements. Then use a hosted link or integrate the flow into your own campaign site.
