Software platforms

Add commerce to the software your customers already use.

Help the businesses using your software create orders, collect payments and follow their customers’ purchases. Inttegro provides account-scoped commerce APIs and hosted, web and mobile checkout options. Your platform keeps its workflow and interface, while each business’s transactions remain associated with its own account and available to authorised operators in Inttegro.

Multi-tenant commerce

Keep each business’s activity in its own account.

A business using your software needs more than a payment reference. Its account holds the customers, orders, payment methods, balances and messages that support day-to-day operations. Create an Inttegro account for that durable business boundary, and keep its identifier with the tenant in your own system. Open its overview to inspect revenue, orders and payment success when the business needs support.

Set account-management and credential policies deliberately. Your backend should use the authorised context for the business whose operation it is performing, rather than mixing tenants in a shared account and trying to separate their records after the sale.

Illustrative Fieldstone Cleaning tenant account: GHS 86,200 in gross volume from 172 client orders over 30 days, with 169 paid orders. Desktop shows the complete native overview; phone shows the account identity and complete business-activity summary.

Embedded commerce

Choose how much of the payment interface you want to own.

Keep your application focused on the workflow it serves. When a business is ready to request payment, your backend can create an order and direct the customer to its hosted invoice. If payment belongs within your website, use embedded or modal Checkout; native mobile SDKs provide a payment surface for mobile applications.

Those choices change where the customer pays, not the need for a durable order record. Store the returned identifiers and check the recorded outcome before your platform confirms a purchase or releases the next step.

Account performance

See how each business is performing before investigating an order.

Account analytics gives your operators a starting point for understanding a tenant’s sales: gross and net revenue, order counts and success rate, with prior-period comparisons. Open the detailed charts to see when revenue or order activity changed before looking into an individual purchase.

Keep Inttegro’s account and order identifiers alongside your own records so your integration and authorised operators can trace the same transaction when a business needs help. The dashboard and API work within that business’s account context. Reviewing one tenant’s performance does not combine its records or balances with another’s.

Illustrative Forma Design Studio account analytics: GHS 118,500 gross revenue, GHS 114,589.48 net revenue, 79 orders and 98.7% success over 30 days. Desktop includes trends, gross-and-net movement, conversion, daily orders and revenue activity; phone shows all four summary metrics.

Business account analytics

Review account activity across your platform.

See current reported balances and 30-day gross order volume across your organisation’s business accounts, in the reporting currency. Operators can compare account activity before investigating an individual tenant. Each business retains its own commerce records; the portfolio view does not pool balances or provide cross-currency financial consolidation.

Illustrative Inttegrated Workdesk account analytics: six independent service businesses, GHS 400,000 in combined 30-day volume and GHS 52,960 in account balances. These reporting totals do not imply pooled funds.

Keep your product’s workflow and add the commerce layer it needs.

Questions before you start

How is this different from a marketplace?

A software platform adds commerce to workflows used by its business customers. It does not need to attract buyers to a shared marketplace. Both models can use account-based commerce, but your software can keep its own customer acquisition, service workflow and interface.

Must my customers use the Inttegro dashboard?

Your integration can perform supported commerce operations through the API and present them in your own software. Inttegro’s dashboard remains an operational option for authorised users. Account setup, capabilities and access requirements still apply.

Does this automatically bill my platform’s subscription fees?

No. Creating tenant accounts and accepting their customer payments does not establish a recurring-billing system for your own software fees. Treat subscription schedules, renewals and access management as a separate workflow whose support must be verified.

Make payment part of the workflow your customers came for.

Start with one tenant, one order journey and a clear account model. Expand the integration using the same commerce records your operators can inspect.
