See which funds are available, pending or reserved, then trace payouts back to their source payments. Finance teams can investigate in Inttegro; developers can retrieve the balance and transaction records for reconciliation in their own systems.

Balance availability
A successful sale does not make all of its funds immediately withdrawable. Read the balance classifications alongside recent transactions and active payout or refund holds. The dashboard and API expose the records your team needs to understand why a payout may differ from gross sales.

Funds still aging before they can become payout-eligible. The underlying transactions record when they become available, helping you explain timing rather than treating all sales as cash on hand.
A deliberate reserve for policy, risk or remediation. This is distinct from funds committed to an open payout or refund, which have their own hold and allocation records.
Balance transactions
Connect a balance movement to its payment, order or refund. Payment transactions also show amounts that remain available, are pending allocation or have been spent. Finance and support can use those records to investigate a difference; developers can retrieve them for reconciliation in an internal system.

Payouts
Configure automatic payouts for routine settlement, or schedule a payout when your business needs to choose the timing. Follow the destination, lifecycle and final amount in Inttegro or through the API. Both routes use the same eligibility rules; scheduling a payout does not make pending funds available sooner.
Reconcile the final amount against the allocations from its source payments. Here, GHS 360, GHS 120 and GHS 360 make up the GHS 840 payout—not the full original value of every linked payment.

See how many payouts were initiated and how that volume compares with the previous period. Separate the number of transfers from the value of the funds moving through them.

Track the amount disbursed through succeeded payouts. Compare it with gross order volume and net revenue, keeping sales and payout timing distinct: money paid out this month may come from sales made earlier.
Finance & reconciliation
Investigate a payout in the dashboard or retrieve its records for reconciliation in another system. Payment allocations show how much of each source payment was used, so a linked order’s full value is not mistaken for its payout contribution.
Balances & payouts
Sales, available balance and a completed payout measure different things. Funds may still be aging, committed to another payout or refund, or ineligible for the chosen destination. A balance is also a snapshot with a cutoff. The payout record and its matching transaction allocations explain the amount actually transferred.
You can use automatic payouts for routine settlement or schedule a payout manually. Both require eligible funds and a supported, configured destination. Changing the schedule does not bypass availability rules, and a requested maximum is a ceiling rather than a guarantee of the amount selected.
